When you guys pre-ordered the game for $20, did you really think that this wasn't a mistake? I commend Wal-mart for even giving you a $10 gift card. Cause really, they don't owe you guys anything.

So what you're saying is that Walmart couldn't afford to sell that game for $20.00 as a promotion? The reason everyone was initially upset is that they sent an e-mail stating that the customer cancelled his/her order. Nothing about a mistake on their part. Very low class. Circuit City once made a mistake and sold the Matrix Trilogy HD for nineteen bucks, yet they still honored it for customers who already purchased it. It's called customer service. Of course Walmart didn't owe us anything. You're missing the point completely. The fact that they sent the gift card was a nice gesture...nobody is arguing that.
