Is that the actual number on the transistor?If it happens to be an IRF9520N Then Digi Key will have them.http://www.digikey.com/

A quick search shows that a IRF9520N (most likely what it is) is a P-channel mosfet. The case is a TO-220, or about 3/8" square.

A blown transistor can often be a sign of another faulty piece. Those transistors are freakin workhorses.

Thank yuo my friend but not, Technician say that this is an especific part, it most to be ecxactly as the original (F9520N9)
