I never bi-amped before.Have carver m1.5t for bottom and a carver m4.0t for top. Do I need crossovers or are the ones in speaker ok. And if I need crossovers where and what ones?

Hi Carversound, welcome to the forum. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with your particular speaker, but if you have two sets of binding posts on each speaker, the internal x-over will work perfectly fine. Enjoy.

The ideal would be to bypass the internal crossover of the speaker and have an active crossover to feed a signal to the amps. Consider it down the road as a possible upgrade.
