Yup sounds like he deserved it but, they should pick their targets wisely as they just documented the plaintiffs entire case for libel and slander.

That doesn't sound as bad as the Charlie Wenzel thing that happened on some 4x4 forum a couple of years back. long read but worth it: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=399203

thats just a bit too far. He's done something stupid, but he's only 18. If they can gather all that information on him, they should have tried contacting his parents first, then the police, and if all else fails then resort to this e-rape, but slowly.

It's interesting, but I don't see how he can be held liable for any of the charges without providing a credit card.

    Funny?

    Scary.

It's been a pleasure for you guys to have me as a member here; I'm shutting down now, and tomorrow I will call my ISP to cancel my service.

With all the money I save by not being able to browse Audiogon, Musicdirect, Elusivedisc, and yes, ebay, I will buy me a sports car.

Best part of it is that without access to this or any other audio forum and all of that evil internet marketing, I will finally be convinced that my rig actually sounds pretty good, and I don't need to buy anything else.

I will also return that POS HD-DVD player and be very happy with my OPPO.

I won't have nightmares because of the HD format war, which cables are better, or how fast capacitors charge or discharge.

    Ignorance is good.

Ever order from Pizza Hut online? The order does not go through until you supply your CC info, even if your picking it up. And the mag subscription? He will get the bill before ever recieving one mag.

While they did mess with him, a lot of there claims seem questionable.

Most of that crap is just BS, but the Craigslist activity can get dangerous. Like someone who posted a listing a while back saying a house in the area was available to strip. The owner was surprised when she got back and her plumbing and wiring had been removed during the day.
