Tuner Recommendation

I am in the process of researching a new 2-channel audio system likely to consist of a pair of Paradigm Studio 100 v.4 speakers, a tube preamp & a ss power amp. Since the system will be used to listen to FM radio, I am looking for some recommendations on a quality tuner. Let me add, however, that I live in an area with limited FM stations & no HD stations yet. Nevertheless, I think that it would be wise to have a tuner with HD & satellite capabilities.
