Mirage Nanostat for surrounds?
I was considering trying these out. Anybody here have any experience with these? My room configuration sux for surround location. Sofa is against wall and RTi6's in corners facing listener. I feel like im not getting the full surround effect.

Like you my sofa is right up agaist the rear wall. For a brief time, I experimented with a pair of Mirage Omnisat V2 as rear surrounds. Sound was dispersed and perhaps too much so that I didn't hear the directional sounds I was accustomed to with a pair of Polk R20s. I also felt these tiny speakers had absolutely no midbass which sometimes are played on surround channels. So I sold them and put my Polk R20s back again.

Thanx ivansfo. The lack of mid bass is what i was worried about. This is a visual perspective of what im trying to work with. The back wall is on the right. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

Just for grins, try firing them straight up (laying on their back) - I'd even try that same setup, but one shelf down firing up into the top shelf.
Other than that, hang 'em high and fire them downward.
