Hi, everyone Im new to this forum and I just purchased a pair of L.F.14 for $60.00. and theres not much info on the specs of these speakers and was wondering what ohms are these speakers rated at??? or what is the standard ohms of all polks old vintage speakers? Thanks for any replys. Oh and by the way the bass on these speakers is amazing very tight and clean but at the same time they can play very loud.

That is pretty cool. I have never seen or heard of that before.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

That sub-sat set was my second set of polks, bought used for $100. I used it for rear surrounds with the lf14 corner loaded with an adcom 555 and never needed a sub,the lf-14 will pound with power.

    Nice.

Good find on the vintage Polk Rumber. A lot of people love the old stuff, including me. :)

Just wanted to update as I just purchased a Dayton 100 watts subplate amp and hooked it too my L.F.14 and WOW the bass is unbelievable which IMO rivals alot of the polks new subs of today as it is more tight and cleaner sounding yet can pound and shake the foundation of my bedroom and hit as hard as alot of 12inch subs. Plus remember I have a pair of L.F.14's but I only bought one sub amp to see how it would work out and just one L.F.14 is more then enough bass for my room. Two would be overkill LOL.
