Klipsch corner horn

I was scanning the local craigslist and saw a pair of these for about $2,300. I have no interest in them, but was pretty surprised to see them as our local craigslist will go weeks with out having anything of quality posted for sale.

Has anyone heard these? They are huge speakers, and appear to actually be intended to be placed in a room's corner! According to Klipsh's web site they started making these in the '40s and production ran for over 60 years!

The Klipschorn is one of the classic speakers of all time. They can often be had for less if you look around. Great speaker for someone who has the space and the correct room layout. Of course being a horn it's not to everyone's liking.

This guy is about 5 minutes from my house. I've met him but I don't know what this Klipsch thing looks or sounds like and no clue as to value.

You can buy a brand new one if you want. Klipsch is re-releasing them as an anniversary speaker. Wish polk would do a 30 year anniversary for the SDA....
