Bi-amp my new Rti12's? Help

I just setup my new Rti12's and am wondering how I would go about "Bi-amping" them with my Denon 4800. Is it worth doing? I am planning on buying a seperate amp to run them as my mains - should I buy a four channel amp so I can Bi-amp them?
Not sure I understand what the benefit would be or if I should stick to my original plans with a 2 channel amp pushing my mains (Rti12's) and my 4800 driving everything else.

Stick with a good two channel amp,or 3 channel if you have a center speaker, let the receiver take care of the rest.Wait until you move up the speaker chain to bi-amp.HT SYSTEM-
