Problems with EZSet/EQ on HK 247

I moved into a new apartment and therefore had to run the EZSet/EQ on my HK 247 again to adjust for a new room. The problem I am having is that it sets the crossover on my Rti70s to 200Hz and sets them to "small" in the new room, while before it would set the crossover to 100Hz and "large".

Does anyone know how EZSet/EQ works for determining the crossover for each of the speakers? My new living room has a triangular vaulted ceiling (the center point is about 3 feet higher than the other corners) and getting the EQ set right seems to take much longer than before (it cycles through the speakers for a lot longer time than it did in my old room), so I was wondering if it had something to do with that? There seems to be an echo when it is playing the test tones that I never noticed before, probably due to the strange vaulted ceiling. Or is it possible that I hooked up the 70's wrong or that they were damaged during the move?
