    Welcome Raull1,

    Well first off you are going to need a throw carpet over the tile and some heavy drapes for the windows or some sort of shade to block out the light. Anytime you have a dual use room there are compromises to be made, it seems you are at peace with this so march on.

    You should get some Polk Fx type speakers for your surrounds and mount them on the back wall 5=6 feet up and at least three feet from the corner of the room, set them to dipole.

    Your floor standers will be fine in your room, they are very nice speakers. Congrats on your purchase. You will need to balance the sound coming from each speaker using the test tones.
