Hi!

I'm building a 5.1 system but i don't have a lot of money to do so.

I got a CS1 for around 130$. Set of monitor 30 for around the same price and the PSW10 for 100$. I hooked them with my old JVC front speakers and it sound great for the price.

I now need to buy a set of front speakers. I was looking for the Monitor 50 or Monitor 40. Probably the monitor 40 as i don't like big towers and anyway towers are a little expensive. The Monitor 40 has some bad reviews so i'm not sure if they will sound great for rock music.

There's a big rebate here for the RTIA3 and i could get a set of RTIA3 for 270$. That seems like a good deal to me. But i don't know if the RTIA3 would make good front speakers for rock music and more importanly i don't know if it would be a good matchup for the CS1 and Monitor 30. They are surely better speakers than Monitor 40 but they seems a little small for using them as front speakers. Someone who knows speakers better than me could help me decide ?

[edit]

I could get the RTIA5 for 600$ too. That's more than i wanted to pay and will probably not match the center and surround speakers at all but it's still tempting.
