Well I have never listened to this album on non SDA's. I thought I may have had my surrounds on. I checked, and I checked again. Not on:confused: Sounds were coming from places other than my speakers:eek: I asked my buddy to check it out. I figured I had spent a little to much time in my audio addictions. He came in. I put on track three. He checked to see if the rear speakers were on:confused: Nope they are off. He said thats "wrong man" referring to the imaging of this particular recording. Both of us were in disbelief. Are there any other recordings that image as well as this?
Thanks
Ben

That is one of my favorites. Actually SDAs kind of mess up the Q-sound that was used on this CD. There are few that come close to what RW did on that record, look around for CDs recorded with Qsound.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

+1 I didn't really care for it on SDA's. Not bad, but not impressive. I will have to do some searching.
    Thanks

Sting The Soul Cages is recorded in Q sound. Excellent cd sonically.

I use a couple of tracks on that disc to test audio equipment.
