Lexicon DC1 and Caever av-405

I have a Lexicon DC1 DD ver 2.1 and a Carver AV-405 5 channel amp to sell. I had these in case of emergency, but the wife's computer broke and I want to buy her a new one. After all, she is a saint for allowing me all the HT purchases.
The DC1 is in perfect condition with no marks or scratches. With remote. It has Dolby Digital, but no Dts. I don't have the original box or manual, but I will include a laser printed copy of the user manual.
The Carver AV-405 amp is 5 channels and also is in perfect condition with no marks.. It provides 100 watts to each front channel, 110 watts to center and 50 watts to each surround channel. I do have the original manual and box.
I will sell the DC1 for $800.00 and the Carver for $300.00. The package price is $1000.00.
There is no way you could match this system for $1000.00.
