does anyone on this forum own one?i just finally did the firmware upgrade and i'm having problems with the surround settings.

    my ta-e9000es already had the 1.18c version when i bought it i installed the 2.01 and 2.50 and i got it from the link that you posted.

    Got one today, haven't checked the firmware yet. Any problems/dangers of doing firmware upgrade?

    Do you guys run any of Sony's other products with the link? I have one 400CD player that has non-functioning IR port, I think I can control it with the prepro, yes?
