How to unlock a TREO 650???

My wife got one for her bday long time ago as present from me of course. It was used under Cingular , now to AT&T (obviously they said I have to pay $$$ to unlock the fr..kin phone....:mad:.. But we have a new replacement for free, a cheapy A...S one. If you know someone.......give me the hints...please.:)

Not sure how to do it yourself. I've used these guys before, they were very good. That's a lot of money though, it was only 20 bucks when I had my phone upgraded.
Google finds a few sites like this one that may also be helpful.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
I used someone from eBay a year ago, I forgot the name of the seller now. You can search eBay to find others that do it for around $15:

What about a key? They usually unlock things pretty well...
