Some of you may have heard the song "Paralyzer" on the radio like I did. I liked the song well enough to purchase the album.
End result? Waste of my money. Still like the song, but would much prefer to listen to it on a crappy rig or the radio. I have no idea whether it's compressed to hell or just eq'd really, really bad but it is NOT enjoyable to listen to on my rig. At all. Loud, soft, mid level volume? Doesn't matter. Very disappointing.
On another note, the rest of the album is a lot more "mellow" compared to that song.

~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

Get the previous three albums by them. Sound better both in terms of recording quality and musically. The new album is a bid change in direction, and personally I think it sucks.Ghetto Rig
