should I y split or not

My wife bought me a new velodyne dps 12 to go along with my velodyne dps 10 but I only have one pre-out on the denon. Should I use a y-spiltter or run speaker wire out of my 12's outputs into the 10's in. Your help and suggetions will be greatly apperacated.

A Y adapter will work fine.
    Congrats on the sub.

X2...I just aquired another Velodyne and will be adding it to my 2 channel system. My Jolida has a left and right sub output added from last trip back to Jolida for a tune-up. Jolida told me to run a "Y" from the L&R outputs....now I'll have true left and right BASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

If the initial sub was sufficient enough in your room and getting an upgraded model then let the 10 go. Sell it! and use your gain to buy other things possible another upgrade on your system or sell both and get yourself a SVS:D, otherwise it's over kill.........
If you insist, experiment on the 2 subs by placing them adjacent & apart(L&R).
