Part of the addiction of Hi Fi to me is changing the position of every thing in the room. The sound is different and the feeling or personallity of the room is also different. The bigger the system the more complicated the change, like running wires out of sight. It also doesn't cost any money.
Anyway I was bored and moved everything. So far so good.

The first photo on the left was the old set up with heathkit and AR 3a speakers.

Is that an AA-1800 in the left picture? What do you think of it? I have an AA-1640 (200WPC, a couple years older) that I'm going to overhaul one of these days.

I like the look and sound of the heathkit system. The power amp is very heavy.
