Question about a new woofer

I have an older RM5000 set of speakers that include a center and 2 satallites and also 2 rears and a subwoofer. I got them all at the same time as a set and recently the subwoofer went bad. I found a newer PSW450 and just wondered if I'd have any problem using it with the other speakers?

It's just a simple system. No amp with my receiver, just a simple basement system with a projector, receiver, dvd and older vcr.

What are your thoughts?
