My new baby

She arrived on Nov. 28 and she weighed 7lbs. 1oz. Her name is Faunchelina Pilchard.

















Ha. :p Her real name is Elizabeth Ann, and here she is with big bro.

    I took this picture this afternoon about the time that I started this thread.
    She was pretty relaxed, laying here while I typed. My camera was sitting on the desk so I grabbed this shot. I just had time to look at it a few minutes ago and I thought it was good.

    The lens that was attached wasn't very good for this type of shot and it wouldn't quite focus closely enough- plus I couldn't reach the flash so the light came mostly from the computer monitor. ISO 3200, f/3.5, 1/8 second, leaning waaay back. I think she's pretty cute.

    A little girl is one of the best gifts a man can receive. I have 2. I can not wait to be reunited with them. When they are sleeping it is a precious moment. When they wake you up at 4am crying, and they look you in the eyes takes all the frustration away. Congratulations to you and your family.
