Gave Myself Something For Christmas....And You?

I decided that being single at Christmas again would offer me the chance to get myself something for Christmas. I was able to find a decent deal on a set of Genalex Gold Lion KT88's. Now if I can only find a good set of RCA red base 6sn7's or Mullard's I'd be set.
What did you get yourself?

I picked up a set of R50's at Frys cheap.
I was looking for a set of Monitor 60's cheap like Obieone, couldn't find any, so this'll hold us for a bit.
....whenever I do find a set of 60's cheap, I'll take the 50's to the daughter and SIL's house, take their 30's, and put them downstairs.
A rising tide raises all boats, I just wish the tide would come in a little faster.
Been watching Ebay, and a guy has re-listed a Sansui 11000 vintage integrated amp a bunch of times.
"Some water stains along the bottom of the case ..." .
Guess that's why it keeps getting re-listed.
...waiting for him to get fed up and email me back with a "Take the dam thing off my hands for $100 !!".
I figure I'll be waiting a loooooong time.Sal Palooza -

Speaking of buying things for ourselves...I stumbled upon a McIntosh MC-275 a mile from my house, I'm doing the best I can to resist!"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. Ipod tube amp thingy. No one else is gonna get me something.Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

I picked up a few LP's....
1. A Sheffield pressing of Wagner Ride of the Valkiries (sp) conducted by Leinsdorf
2. Minty (supposedly but box sets usually are) London set of Puccini's Turandot by Zubin Mehta which is THE version to own, apparently
3. Acoustic Research test LP.
BDTI plan for the future. - F1Nut -
Been good this year. So far I've only bought myself Call of Duty 4.
