    How much time until someone (other than me) wonders if 'inhaling' the 'herb' makes cliantro not number one on the list...........lol

    Love it. It's often used as a garnish. Comes in different varieties.

    Love in the right food/recipe. Since Salsa is the number 1 condiment it's not surprising that Cilantro is number 1 as well.

    I've also heard it called Chinese parsley. I've wondered how Chinese parlsey ended up in so many Mexican dishes.
    My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

    cilantro on Thai food. OMG! heaven, total heaven. for some reason, it works great in spicy food.. hence salsa without cilantro is just well, boring.

    once you consume "that" herb, then you can consume some cilantro :p

    I think the fact that salsa is the number one condiment in America is why cilantro made its number one appearance because they use so much in salsa.
