Any thoughts on this item? Seems to be going for a decent price right now (around $250). Is it worth it?

    I got mine from Russ and really like it. I am not a techie or an audio geek so I can not give you a bunch of information in audio geek terms. When I bought it I really didn't even know what is was. Just figured it was a nice surge protector. I didn't really even plan on keeping it unless I felt there was some kind of noticable differnece in my rig. Well there was. I swear it cleaned the sound up a little bit. Noiticable mostly when it would go to a quite passage on music and it would get dead quite with no noticable distortion what so ever. Other than that its a nice security blanket knowing I've got a good level of protection for all of my gear. I would reccomend one to anybody.

    Edit: As for the price. I paid around 225.00 for mine a few months ago. But that was here in the flea market. Seems like you wiukd be able to find one for 200.00 or a little less by now. I don't know though. Maybe Russ just gave me a killer deal. If I remember correctly a lot of people were interested in it VERY VERY quickly. I was just lucky enough to see it pop up in the FM first.

    Maybe some will chime in with more information on what they are worth. I honestly don't know.
