Okay...I finally finished the Christmas Dinner menu:

Asiago/Parmesan Cheese Chips
Herbed Rib Roast
Cream of Spinach
Garlic Mash Potatoes
Hawaiian Bread Pudding

Wines: Luna Sangiovese for the appetizer...Peju Cabernet Sauvignon for the main course.

Mmmmm....Also feel free to share recipes! I'm always down for a good recipe.

    beef wellington with Bordelaise sauce
    6 oz. lobster tails
    asparagus
    bread pudding
    homemade orange passion fruit sorbet'
    kenwood cabernet
Chateau Moncountour Vouvray for those with white wine preference

    later
    cockburn tawny port

This sounds like a lot but it's really not. It's the one meal a year that everyone has had their input as to what we make. Over the last 5 years this menu has kinda stuck with our family and has become the unanimous choice. Our other unanimous is Easter with ham and scalloped potatoes etc.

    Changing it up this year.
Starting with clams casino, some grilled shrimp & a cheese tray.
Main course is a choice of angle hair pasta or cheese ravioli in tomato basil gravy
Veal cuttlet, brashoal (not sure of spelling on that one) and some kind of veggie.
We are all sick of Ham, turkey & chicken.
This is for about 15 family members.

I Don't know about sides, but I know we have a 7 1/2 pound prime rib, and I just saw a 7 1/4 pound spiral sliced ham in the othe fridge.

There's only going to be four of us.
