So we all are tired of those silly computerized menus. This website should help EVERYONE. Just saw it over at AK, figured I'd move it over here for those that don't frequent AK.

Netflix was the one I always wanted. No where on the netflix site is their phone number posted. I'm tired of getting FUBAR discs all the time but no number to call about it.

When I cannot figure out the automated menus, I just start jabbing the "zero" button until I get transferred to a warm body.

Most VM systems will let a caller "zero out" in this fashion.

Microsoft was by far the worst for me. Not only that, they need to add another 1 or 2 for an English speaking rep. My GAWD, what a nightmare they have there on the phones.

ha ha. Brought some memories; it's been more than once that I can't "communicate" with those damn machines and I end up MAD, shouting to the phone, throwing it away, etc. Funny what a computer can bring out from deep inside of me...
