Need help with RT1000i/Onkyo 605

I need advice on hooking up the powered subwoofers on the RT1000i tower speakers to an Onkyo 605 receiver. The receiver has only one input for a subwoofer.
What is the preferred method of hooking the two subwoofers to the receiver?

    I'm no guru, but I'm assuming you don't have the owners manual-no sweat.
    I'm attaching the file, it's PDF. It's got three different options for wiring, based on whatever set up you've got.

    gotta try different things with power towers. I never owned power towers, so I cant help much. do you have a regular sub as well, or are you just using the subs in the towers for all your bottom end duty?

    Studio Rig - Scarlett 18i20(Gen3) DAW, Schitt Saga 2 preamp, Topping a90 headphone amp, Mac Mini, Audiophonics Hypex NC252m amp, Polk r200's
