Are you ready for more? This one looks so much better and darker and less childish... I can't wait!

Ugh, I hated the books. Of course, I couldn't finish the LOTR books either - just not my cup of tea, but loved the movies.

I hated the first one, talk about long and boring. This does look better but I'll wait for a rental. No way is this theater worthy.
    If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

The first one let me down... I think this one looks much better... I'll probably venture to the theater to see it... then report duly here what I find :D

Just consider it a small duty that I contribute to this place... or something like that.

To me, Leprachaun in the Hood was better than LOTR. Jackson's movies are always twice as long as they need to be. Killing its pace, characters...boring. LOTR, King Kong.. same old crap.

LOTR the movies long??? You ever read the books? I thought LOTR should have been done in 9 movies to be done right. :)

Watched it last night. MUCH better then the first one. While it still was acceptable for children, it felt much more like an adult film. I actually enjoyed it a lot, and was sad it ended... but I sure hope they continue producing the entire series... the Last Battle would make an AWESOME movie.

I would say you would be justified in seeing this in the theater... If they continue to improve with every film, the entire collection will sit on my shelf soon! The acting was much better this time around, there were actually a few intense parts, impressive fight scenes, entrancing sound track... just a good clean flick.

    7.5 outt 10 here.

It was ok. I'm just not buying the whole children are swordfighting champions crap but I guess not all movies have to cater to my whims and desires.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
