He's kinda hard to find (and a slightly different style from those) but I've always liked Buster B Jones. The things that man can do with a guitar are impressive.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

BC: Well put... I coat them with Crazy Glue. You have to be very careful... you've got to make sure you don't get it anywhere but where you want to put it... when I first started doing it, I glued my fingers together...
As I recall, he also said something to the effect that Crazy Gluing one's fingernails is best not done when inebriated... -
