Speakers:Polk SDA SRS, 3.1TL, FXi5, FXi3, 2-SVS 20-29, Yamaha, SVS center sub. Power:2-Monster HTS3500, Furman M-8D & RR16 Plus. 2-SAE 4000 X-overs, SAE 5000a noise reduction, MSB Link DAC III, MSB Powerbase, Behringer 2496, Monarchy DIP 24/96.

    I got down to -24 db before I got one wrong.

    You know, it's just my little ol' feeble brain here thinkin', but since this IS an audio website, shouldn't a post like this get more hits and responses than 2 folks ...[one of which has seemed to make amends as of tonight] blabbing for attention and spewing the finer points of F1's sig.?
    ~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

    -24 here...however I am just using the built in speakers of my lcd.....they both sound distorted.

    It's been posted before, that may be why. It isn't a lab test but it sure does prove a point.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    I got down to -24 dB, after that it was all down hill, lol.

    I got to -18 with my computer speakers...
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
