When I was setting up my rig, someone told me to keep the mains as close to the tv as possible.
I see that your's are farther out to the side. Have you tried it both ways and found this to be a better way of setting it up?
Curious as to how many others are setting their speakers this way?
Now you have to get Justin to put your rig in the showcase.

I have tried it as may ways as I could think. The way it is now seems to give the best image across the entire couch for 2 channel and also gives a very flat SPL when using the calibration disk. The fronts are about 10 ft across and 12 to the couch. The Center of the couch is the point on the equallateral triangle with the speakers aimed at the point.
I think it sounds pretty good but its a pretty big room with cathedral ceilings so its not the ideal sound room I don't think.
I just plug and play and try to have fun. With having full range speakers all around the room really fills up with sound.
Do you think the pics are high enough resolution for display? I think they look like crap for a 1K digital Sony....

what do you think of the qualty of the outlaw amp? i want to get a power amp but dont have the cash for the 2k + for a good 7 chanel amp
-
I have had it now for over 6 months and never had a problem. I have switched inputs to compare the 7 amps and have never heard a delta. It is well worth the money I spent and will be a part of my HT for a long time to come. 200Wrms per channel is a bunch of horsepower with all around great specs makes for a great unit. IMO of course.
Thanks for asking.
