So what is everyone planning on eating for christmas dinner? Are you going to be with family (or friends)?
My father has requested we have ravioli and cutlet for dinner this year, go figure. Well looks like the fishes for christmas eve and some form of italian/american dinner for x-mas day.

We're breaking tradition this year (we usually have the Italian feast with lasagna and whatnot) and having roast beast. Mmmm.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

XMas Eve is our big dinner. Church, then we come home and cook up some King Crab Legs. Don't know when the tradition started, but I'm supposedly the one who suggested it. It's always a great feast.

I think the holiday meals should be changed up a bit. King crab legs sound great!

My mom grows corn in her garden and then makes a large batch of creamed corn which is frozen until Christmas dinner. She also makes a homemade red velvet cake each year.

Probably ham & turkey. I think we are having a big party (haven't gotten RSVPs from most people), so we will probably have tons of everything. If we get the 40 people we're planning on (with probably a dozen sleeping over), I don't see a lack of selection. Besides the food out the wazzoo, and more importantly, light beer, dark beer, ales & largers, porters & home brew with a shots of tequila.

XMas Eve (as I stated above): King Crab Legs
XMas Night: A more traditional Honey Baked Ham, which leads to Ham bone and black bean soup days later.
