I called my friend after reading about this company because I remember him talking about something like this. Sure enough it was the same company! Turns out the stuff is new but you don't get anything but the body. No battery, no charger, nothing. If you look on their site they will charge you about $350 for a battery and charger. My question is, why can't you just buy the battery and charger for about $30 on ebay? It would make these deals too good to resist.

if it really is new, its probably grey market so don't even think about trying to make a warranty claim.

doesnt matter if you don't go for the bait and switch. they rig it so you either have to or something bogus will happen like your item will be back ordered FOREVER. dude if you ordered you should just cancel immediately. any of those deals that seem to good to be true..well they are. my brother fell for the exact same thing when he bought his d-80. i looked up the store on www.resellerratings.com and they had the same rep. they did the whole bait and switch thing and claimed his camera came with no battery and that a battery would cost $400. he then tried to cancel his order and they kept telling him they would call him to confirm his cancellation but never did. he ended up having to cancel his credit card.

my advice..stick with someone trusted. i work in the video industry and i solely use B&H photo. i've never had a single issue and their prices are some of the lowest youll find for a good reputation
