Anybody love National/State Parks?

Since I was sick the past week, was just thinking about visiting some national or state parks once I get better. I loved Yellowstone, been to Yosemite, but my personal favorite in the NE area has to be at Harriman State Park. Especially during the fall.

Can't wait 'cause I'm an outdoors person!

Anybody else here like visiting National Parks?

Huge fan of parks, national, state, local, and otherwise. If it weren't for my need to hear music as much as possible, I'd be living John Muir style, without a doubt.

I hate'em. They should all be burned down and turned into parking lots.

    Demi,

Maybe you're joking? Does this mean you're a gun guy who doesn't hunt?

    I hope he is

A friend of mine quit his job to walk the Appalachian trail (Georgia to Maine) by himself. I guess he enjoyed it. I think he's a moron. To each his own.

We love Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. One of the most beautiful places on earth. Try to go out there every summer and do some serious hiking. Over 375 miles of hiking trails in the park. Many of them above the tree line in the alpine tundra. Spectacular!

    Glad to hear that.

If I get better within the next few days, I might be going to a park over the weekend!
