for me the best part about thanksgiving is the leftovers we have here at our house. i'm curious to see what your favorite leftover is the next day?

mine is something my family has done since i was a little kid. my mom would get up in the morning and heat up a little oil in a frying pan and would cut the leftover stuffing into small brick-shaped pieces and fry them untill they are nice and hot and crunchy on both sides but still soft in the middle...ohhhh baby my mouth waters just thinking about it

you guys have anything like that?

Since the turkey is usually painstakingly smoked in the smoker by my dad and comes out so absolutely divine, the turkey leftovers are the best part! Followed closely by the leftover Pumpkin Pie!

Grind up the leftover turkey, throw in some sage, garlic salt, parsley, etc, then mix it all up with a little egg white for a binder. Make patties out of it and fry in a little olive oil. It's not real healthy, but brings back good memories of my grandmother :)

It's all good. Leftovers are the best part of Thanksgiving.

Wendi's stepmom makes this KILLER oyster casserole (yeah yeah, don't wrinkle your nose until you've had it)....man, I'd give my left nut for some of that!

Turkey salad sandwiches, had one for lunch, will have another for dinner in a few hours. Q&D turkey salad is real mayo, kosher pickles and celery chopped up fine. Close second is a bowl of cornbread dressing with a bit of gravy, Gotta go work out before dinner.

By last night I'd had enough leftovers, and we ate chinese food for dinner.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
