I am currently might be selling my RTI10's to go compact. I am running out of room, so I might have to go compact.

Can someone tell me if this is a good home theater system.
I have a very good amp, Yamaha HTR 5890 (I think that's the right model number).
Also I have a PSW125 Subwoofer.
I still want high quality. I watch movies and music equally the same, but I think music is more of an issue for me

It's a good system, but really limited in the low frequency range. I like the RM10 5 pack for a good starting point on a compact system. The 3.5" drivers vs the 2.5" drivers will get you down below 100Hz at a useable level, and make the subwoofer less obvious.
If you want compact, but still have a music focus - give the VM series a serious look. I'm thinking about a VM system myself.

Thanks Russman, are there any other brands I should be looking at, although I would like to stay with POLK. My dad has a Bose Acoustimass 15. They sound great. With all the surrounds, makes me feel like right into the musicSamsung LN52A850 (52" 1080P LCD TV) | RTi A9's (Fronts) | Csi A6(Center) | FXi A6 (Rear Surrounds) | SVS PB12-NSD (Sub) | Oppo BDP-103 | Panamax M5300-PM

The Polk will actually have a better midbass to bass blend. Sure, you could look at Cambridge Soundworks, Tannoy, and JM Lab has a nice 'mini' system also. PSB also has great small speakers in the Alpha line.
Bang for buck, I take the Polks and enjoy.

So I think I might go with the RM 20's. They seem to be at a reasonable price, and I think they will satisfy me. Although I would love to have the huge 2 channel floorstanding speakers, I need to make room. I think I might be selling my RTI10's.Samsung LN52A850 (52" 1080P LCD TV) | RTi A9's (Fronts) | Csi A6(Center) | FXi A6 (Rear Surrounds) | SVS PB12-NSD (Sub) | Oppo BDP-103 | Panamax M5300-PM
