They have an SPL 1500? Wow!
Originally, only a 10" (SPL 1000) and 12" (SPL 1200) was available. SPL stood for "Small Plays Large". Wouldn't a 15" be "Large Plays Large(er)"?
In any case, I have the SPL 1200 Series II, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the speaker and the company. Its the heart of my theatre.Do you hear that buzzing noise? -
Velo make very nice subs.

Love it. Solid performer. Integrates very well with most systems in both music and movies. If you can get it at a good price, go for it.
Also very easy to place, it's a lot lighter than the servo15.Gear: Rotel RC 1082, Rotel RSP 1068 pre/pro, Rotel RMB1077 amp, Cayin CDT 15a CD player, S301 bluray.
Speakers: Tannoy DC sensys speakers, Paradigm Servo15 Sub, Velo Spl-1500r
Conditioner: Isotek -
