Ceiling mounts for RTI4s?

My 'design' for a HT configuration is just about complete and I'm putting in my orders for last pieces of equipment to finish it up.
One thing that I'm having trouble finalizing is find a good ceiling mount that will work with RTI4's as the rear surrounds.
My room configuration has the couch as the primary listening/viewing position up along the back wall which has a window on it - there is no room on the back wall to mount the rear surrounds - and the best compromise is to ceiling mount the RTI4's on the side walls and point them down towards (but not directly at) the prime seating.
However, I have been unable to find a suitably rated ceiling mount that will
a) hold the weight of the RTI4s (I weighed one in at 11lbs 14 oz)
b) has a mounting scheme that will fit on the busy back side of the RTI4s.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.
