K so sent out my amp on tuesday, they got it today, called me about 10 mins ago and said, were gonna go ahead and just replace it for u sorry about that, im gonna try to mail it out for u before wednesday so u can get it friday or sat, im sorry for your troubles, anything else i can get for u?

Best customer service i have ever scene.
