I just picked up a Toshiba 42H81 RPHDTV from my brother, but it has a convergance issue with the blue. There is a curve on the top and bottom of the screen. So far nothing I did was able to fix it (still need to play a little more in service mode, but I don't think it will help). So far my searches have found that I probably have a bad IC (or a blown fuse). People also say to replace the STK392-110's. It did a search on them and found them from $8 to $50. Anyone here ever try replacing these kind of things themselves?

Anything I do will be on my own. The set didn't cost my anything so I don't really want to spend any money on it. I already have 2 HD sets, this one will just be for gaming.

Suggestions and comments greatly appreciated.
thanks.
