    Well, if they're so stupid that they'd borrow from a Payday Loan office, than that's their problem.

    I'd never borrow from them, so it doesn't affect me.

    So the hell with them. They should know better.

    And just because they're wearing the uniform of this country doesn't earn them any extra consideration.
