I recently went to listen to speakers at my local store. After listening, my ears liked the a7's the best(even over the lsi's maybe not enough amplification) For the money though the a7 sounded the best. They didn't have the a9's hooked up yet. The salesman told me I could get the rti 10's for half the price of the a7's. My question is what is the main difference between the rti10 and a7. They no longer had a pair of rti 10's hooked up to listen.

    MM,

Good question, will the store let you take the 10's home for a listen??

maybe, but they say the sale ends this weekend. I have about 1000 to spend. I could possibly end up with the rti 10's and a used amp from audiogon for 1000.Or a pair of a7's and no amp... for now.
