Hate to cross post (as I already listed this on A'Gon disccussion area) but as I have learned to appreciate those on this board since I've been here, I thought I'd ask for opinions here as well...

I have a somewhat problematic listening room (semi-open 'wall cavity' behind speakers with a large rear projection tv between them). I've tried horn, ribbons, dipoles, direct radiating speakers. Currently I'm using a pair of Martin Logan SL3 with ML Theater center. I think I prefer a nice 'open' sound versus the super accurate (but put your head in a vice) type of speakers. Definitely speakers with a wide soundstage. With that in mind, what what be a good speaker system to consider in replacing my ML's? My criteria would be to have a center channel speaker to acoustically match the mains. So far, the only speakers I can think of offhand that 'might' work are the Gallo Reference 3.1s, Mirage OM-5s (no longer made but seem to be the kind of design I would like) or perhaps the larger Definitive Technology speakers. Home theater and TV would be about 75% of the time with music only listening the remaining 25% of the time. Appreciate any advice or possibly some other speakers to consider. Might also consider the NewForm Research speakers and going with a 'phantom' center. My amp is a McIntosh MC-7300 (300 wpc). Looking at primarily pre-owned so I can get into something for about the same amount I should expect to get for my MLs (mains and center). Thanks in advance
