Since I have relieved that poor gentleman of the burden of having two sets of SDA's, I've become curious about the upgrades you lunatics keep talking about. If there is a schematic and a parts list, I'd like to do an A-B test on them. One tweaked with tweets and X-over and one stock, same amps and source.
Any and all help is welcome. I'm pretty handy with a soldering iron, so no worries there.
And I promise not to Judge:rolleyes:
Thanks again
Russ

Where? Searched and can't find it. Not the best at doing exact searches.
    Thanks F1

No problem, we all have times where we can't find what's right under our noses.

I've got a big nose. I've gone through this thread before. Are these the Polk specs or the tweak specs? I'm just trying to differentiate between the two (4,6,8) versions I've seen, that's all.
    Thanks

that link is for the original schematics for Polk SDA's among other Polk speakers.

what tweaks are you talking about? rebuilding the crossover's in your speakers is not a tweak, it's an update to the original crossovers.

Russ, I can't read some of the values on the schematic for your speakers. You're going to have to pull out one of your crossovers to read the values printed on the caps and resistors.
