Cinepro 3K6 SE II what you think?

hey i ran across a listing on craigslist in my local area for a whole b&w system with a cinepro 3k6 II. i was looking at this amp online and noticed it retailed for over a few grand on 2001. what do you think would be a fair price for me to offer. by the way this person selling it is selling it because his friend who owned it died so its not theirs. shoudl i low-ball?

well dang..i seriously think this guy has no idea what he's got. i'm gonna offer him a couple hundred and see what he says. all he can do is say no. i'm trying to find a good deal, otherwise i can't afford an amp

Had the exact amp a while back.If you can grab it for under a grand your stealing it.

I have the 3k6 (no se or II) and it is great.

I agree - if you can get the amp for anything under $1,000 you are getting a great deal. (under $500 is garage sale, picasso type stuff...)
