I have a no name DVD/MP3 player with a older Denon receiver and some decent Onkyo speakers hooked up to it. It's a small space surrounded by metal, Plexiglas, and glass. Surprisingly, a sub isn't needed.

Denon S-301 (2.1) system with upconverting DVD over HDMI, SACD, DVD-A, etc.

Need the special IPod connection cable (AKP-100), then I'll be set. I usually will put in a CD or SACD once a day to mello out, other than that, just fancy computer speakers. I listen to ESPN radio quite a bit on it as well.
Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand
Bedroom: Samsung HPR-4252, Toshiba HD-A2, HK 3480, Signal Cable, AQ speaker cable, Totem Dreamcatchers, SVS PB10-NSD, URC MX-850

Since I work at home, maybe it's not fair for me to say! But mine is my Carver C-1, M-1.0t, DTL-200, TX-11 and SDA SRS II's. I don't use my laptop or desktop for any music. I don't think I even have any stored on my laptop, which I sit in front of.

Ok...I told you it wasn't fair.

Yes the collection includes kabutos, katana, wakasashi, haori, and yumitachi, to name a few things. My mother is from Fukuoka. So I grew up with Kodomonohi. I guess the HK MP5 laser sighted with tactical sling adds a touch of modern. :)

If you mean Outlaw Audio, your close but no cigar. SAE was owned by Morris Kessler. James Bongiorno was doing most of their amp designs. I flew out to the Montebello factory and met up with Morris a few years back. He had sold SAE to DAK, who bankrupt it. Morris has since bought the name back and is marketing SAE in Europe. He is running ATI ( http://www.ati-amp.com ) out of the old SAE factory. He showed me the amplifier he designed and was building for Outlaw. We went over the schematics. I remember it having a very cool optically isolated output section that made it short circuit proof.

It is not uncommon for manufacturers to build gear for other companies. As a matter of fact, while we walk the factory floor, the girls were assembling Adcom amps.

James is now running Spread Spectrum Technologies and building the new Ampzilla 2000 line. You can read more at his site: http://ampzilla2000.com
