    Over the past 2 years you have started several threads about this subject, and in every thread people have wished you well and gave you support.

    Seeing that after all that it's apparently not working out, maybe it's time to do the hard thing -- cut your losses and just be done with it.
    I am seriously considering walking away from my house and going into financial ruin to save myself and my sanity.

    while good advice, it's easier said than done. think about giving up your house and going into deep debt or tough financial times for maybe many years ahead.

    there are often times more than one solution to a problem. one of those solutions my be an better option.
