I've got a set of those (exactly the same) under my Monitor 10's.
Now, you've given me something to consider. Thanks.

As in build a second set or just rehab someone that has the same stands?

If it's just rehab yea I can do it no problem, might die in the process from the dust but no problem.

As far as woodwork......WRONG person. Only 2 saws I know how to use, that's a sawzall and a gasonline cut-off saw, both which I own.....and they are definately not for woodworking purposes.

How would you feel about taking one stand back apart and measuring all the pieces for me? (if you were really swell, you could trace one of the "legs" (the ones with the angle so the top tilts back) on a piece of paper and mail it to me... (I will gladly send you a self addressed stamped envelope)

I am pretty sure I could pull off making one, but not sure about the angle for the back...

I will try and get it done for you tomorrow or sunday. You have a fax machine? I can just fax it over to you when I'm done.

Edit: maybe even tonight if I'm up for it

Those stands look super! Congrats on the nice refinishing job. They look a lot better than the black ones. I like the match of the stands with those nice Model 7's. I have a pair of black ones that look like Mhardy's, but in a little better condition. I don't think mine are originals..
