Only 120hz refresh rate sets on my list...is that faulty thinking?
Or is this where they are all going.

A display noobie here.

I was looking at Sony SXRD KDS-60A3000 that seems to be a high favorite, for price/performance ratio, over at BB. It was on PGA tour and the camera-man was panning left and right fast. I was surprised that the Sony was getting some blockish bad and noticeable. Next to it was a Samsung Plasma (forget the model) and touted a 120Hz refresh. Not a single block. I supposed I am comparing apples and oranges, but, nevertheless, it changes my (decided) plan to get a SXRD.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

I was happy with my tv until about 2 hours ago. Oh well, the disease continues:)

That settles it, my list will now be 120hz models only, why buy something obsolete.
