Very dumb question: which terminal do I use for my Rti8

I felt embarrassed asking this in the speaker/highly technical forum, but I'm connecting my RTi8 and there are two sets of terminals. I'm not bi-amping so which one do I use? Also, the terminals don't appear to be labeled +/-. Thanks.

As long as the binding post plates are used, it doesn't matter if you connect the speaker cables to the top or bottom posts. Red is positive, black is negative.Political Correctness'.........defined

Thanks. I know the red/black is probably standard but I just wanted to be sure.

Just so you know for future reference, the bottom posts are for your woofer(s), upper posts for midrange/tweeters. As F1 said, make sure the brass shorting strap is attached if you're not bi-wiring/bi-amping; that way the signal is being applied to all drivers.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
